Projects
We work in partnership with nature to protect and restore our natural environment.
We do this by restoring biodiversity, community action and education.
Our historic Dunbar neighbour John Muir said,
“When one tugs at a single thing in nature, he finds it attached to the rest of the world”.
We understand that our oceans and wild places are fundamentally connected:
Our three core projects connect sea, coast and land.
We also understand that nature is essential to life and the well-being of our planet. We believe a love for our wild places calls for active participation in the fight to restore and protect them.
Forth Marine Hatchery
We are dedicated to the restoration of keystone species in the Firth of Forth and beyond. Fished to extinction, our project focuses on the native Oyster and also Lobster and Seagrass.
Scottish Coastal Clean Up
We are collaborating with coastal communities, organisations and groups to remove plastic pollution and marine litter from our beautiful coastline.
Muir to Forth
We are developing a broad network of nature corridors connecting the Lammermuir Hills to the shores of the Firth of Forth. Nature restoration in partnership with farming, land management and communities.
